Baxter County Library's Tween Library Council (TwLC) is an advisory board of students in grades 4-6 who meet monthly with the library's Youth Services staff to discuss books and movies and to give input on library issues related to tweens. Tween Library Council requires a commitment to attend one meeting per month from October - May, as well as attendance at various Library programs outside of the meetings. Please read the TwLC Application to see if the Tween Library Council would be a good fit for you.
If you are interested in applying, membership applications are available online between August 1st and September 1st.
