Baxter County Library's Teen Library Council (TLC) is an advisory board of students in grades 7-12 who meet monthly with the library's Youth Services staff to discuss books and movies and to give input on library issues related to teens. Teen Library Council requires a commitment to attend one meeting per month from October - May, as well as attendance at various Library programs outside of the meetings. Please read the TLC Application to see if the Teen Library Council would be a good fit for you.

If you are interested in applying, membership applications are available online between August 1st and September 1st.
