Sign Up for Virtual Family Pumpkin Carving

The Baxter County Library is offering a virtual family pumpkin carving class via Zoom on Saturday, October 24 at 10am. Registration is currently open on the calendar at baxlib.org.

Youth Services Librarian Amy Johnson is hosting the class along with her family. Participants will customize their pumpkins from the comfort of home while following along with the Johnson family on Zoom. Advance registration is required.

A pre-assembled take-home kit of materials including carving tools and a treat bag for each child in the class will be provided to registrants on the main list at no cost. You provide the pumpkins. Kits can be picked from the Information Desk upstairs up on October 21 through October 23 from 10am-3pm. It is recommended that participants provide their own tablecloth and plastic gloves because the project will be messy.

Upon registration, parents will receive an email with the Zoom link to attend the class. If you did not receive the email upon registration, please email amy.j@baxlib.org. Please install the Zoom application prior to the start of the class. Installation will only take a few minutes.
