The first Wednesday of each month, 1:30-3:00pm, join the Issues and Viewpoints book club discussion. One of two, of the Baxter County Library’s amazing book clubs, Issues and Viewpoints addresses nonfiction titles usually with political or controversial subject matter. The next meeting will be May 5 when the topic of discussion will be John F. Kennedy’s book Profiles in Courage; A 1956 volume of short biographies describing acts of bravery and integrity by eight United States Senators. The discussion will be in-person, in the Knox Community Room A & B, and virtually over Zoom.
