Friends of the Library Book Sale Is This Week

This Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, the Friends of the Baxter County Library will be having their August used books sale in the Knox Community Room at the Donald W. Reynolds Library Serving Baxter County. The times for the sale vary depending on the day. Thursday, August 19 the sale will run from 8:30am-5:00pm, Friday, August 20, 10:00am-5:00pm, and Saturday, August 21, 10:00am-1:00pm.

The Friends of the Library Used Book Sale offers a wide variety of books to choose from. Genres include mystery, western, romance, non-fiction and collectors’ editions. The Book Sale often includes puzzles, movies, CDs, children’s books, magazines, and more.

Access to the sale will be limited based on room occupancy limits to provide space for social distancing. Shoppers will be given a number upon arrival and numbers will be called to enter the sale.  Use of face masks is highly recommended. As with everything the Friends of the Library organize, proceeds go to support the Baxter County Library. The programs available at the Library would not be possible without the help of Friends of the Library fundraisers.
