Week Calendar

This is a time for caregivers and babies birth through 18 months to enjoy time together learning and playing.

Coloring is an excellent way to slow down and de-stress.  Bring your own supplies or choose from a variety of coloring pages and supplies available at the library.

1-2 year olds

Enjoy reading, singing, and having fun!

Ages 3 -5

Join in the fun with stories, songs, puppets and fun activities that encourage development of Early Literacy skills in young children. 

Our Maker Space, Studio 300, will be open so register now and bring your supplies in to work on your latest creative endeavor.

We have a limited number of Maker Space equipment you can also sign up to use.

Teams compete to see who can assemble a 300-piece puzzle first in the 90-minute timeframe. Small prizes given to winning team. Only ONE person needs to register per team.

On Tuesdays from 3:30-4:30PM, the Baxter County Library is offering after-school meals for students 18 and younger. After-school meals are offered at no cost to the student/family, and are served in the downstairs multi-purpose room.

Join us for yoga! The Library asks that all patrons arrive between 3:45-4:00pm.

With Library staff and CreativeBug, learn the technique of drawing on paper with a pencil and using specific lines. 

This is a 2-part class. We ask you to attend both classes.

Sew Simple! 

Come have fun while learning to sew on a sewing machine and make a fabric bookmark with Darlene Landrum!!!

Designed for Grades K-6.
