A yoga class for teens.This is a yoga class for those new to yoga or familiar with yoga. Full-body relaxation and balance are the emphasis of this class as we make a full circuit of the body's range of motion with standing postures, twists, back bends, forward folds, and hip openers. Meditation and breathing techniques that are the foundation of yoga and can be incorporated into everyday life will be a fundamental part of each session. Participants must sign a provided waiver to join in the activities.
