Program Description

Event Details

Open to the public, join in!Volunteer, Tony Khayat, will led you through gentle exercises to promote fitness and flexibility. Relieve stress and tension, trim, shape, and tone the body with a regenercize workout. Must be age 18 and older. A donation of $2-$5 is asked to support the Library. No yoga due to Library closings and book sale setup on 1/15, 2/14, 2/19, 5/16, 5/28, 7/4, 8/15, 9/3, 10/8, 11/12, 11/14 and 12/24.
