If you have any questions please e-mail jamie.v@baxlib.org.  If you use the special comments section it will not be seen until the day of the program when the registration form is printed out. If you are unable to attend please cancel as soon as possible so someone on the waitlist has time to receive notice and attend.

If you were registered for November 7th you do not need to re-register.

Jeff Hoeper will be visiting us to talk about "What's Up in the Night Sky."  After some basic information he will focus on Saturn.  Starting with the history of the discovery of Saturn's rings and the mystery surrounding their upcoming "disappearance"  as well as basic facts such as the composition, size, and rotational speed of the planet. We might even hear about the mythology of Kronos/Saturn?

After the presentation we we will move out to the parking lot as the library closes.  We will set up telescopes and turn off the parking lot lights for a Star Party.

We have scheduled November 4th as a back up cloudy weather date, so keep your eye on the forecast and be prepared to come on the 4th if the weather forecast for the 7the shows clouds. An e-mail will be sent to registrants to let them know if we need to move the date.
