PLEASE ONLY REGISTER FOR ONE PRESCHOOL SUMMER SCIENCE CLASS.
How do animals move? By pushing! Fish push against water, birds push against air, or humans push against land! Learn all about animal locomotion and some different adaptations animals use to MOVE in this fun outdoor class featuring a series of games and scientific demonstrations. The highlight of this event will be an activity in which children will attempt to mimic animal movements and track their attempts using butcher paper and washable paint!
ATTENTION PARENTS!!! This outdoor class will be messy and involve movement! Please make sure you child is wearing comfortable stretchy clothing that is appropriate for the weather and can be stained and/or possibly torn.
The class will take place in the Library parking lot.
Feel free to bring a lawn chair or blanket.
