Getting Started with Sour Dough Bread

If you have any questions please e-mail jamie.v@baxlib.org.  If you use the special comments section it will not be seen until the day of the program when the registration form is printed out. 

Please register for the waitlist if the class is full; we usually have several cancellations. Check your e-mail the day of class to see if you are now in the class or come in to see if someone does not show up.

Don't forget to cancel as soon as possible if you will be unable to attend the class so someone on the waitlist can attend.

LeeAnn Blevins and Anna Harlan from the extension Agencies (Baxter and Stone counties) will be here to teach the popular class on making sourdough bread.  Bring a glass jar to take home some starter.
