Fifth Friday Family Make It! Workshop: Family Vision Board

Work together to find images in magazines that represent the Goals and Dreams of your family. 

A vision board is a collage of images and words cut out from different printed sources to create a visual representation of your goals.  When placed in a prominent area where your family can see it and visualize the fulfillment of the goals it creates positive thoughts and energy.  It can help your family work on the steps that enable you to reach your dreams. 

Working together to create a family vision board helps you communicate clearly with each other, sharing what is most important to each individual.  It unites you all to work together, and support each other, to achieve the goals you have created together.  

It can help those who are struggling in your family to know what to work on and give a sense of purpose to actions you are taking.  

A vision board can be a good way to teach about what goals are and about commitment to achieving them.  Vision boards are also a creative way to have fun together.

Whether your vision board is filled with fun things you want to do together, a dream vacation, or living a healthy lifestyle it will be unique to your family.

Each family only needs to register one member of the family and answer the question in the registration form; so we know how many people to prepare for.  Materials will be provided, and spaces are limited.  Please cancel as soon as possible if you will be unable to attend so a waitlisted family can attend.  If you are on the waitlist, please check your e-mail the day of the workshop in case of last-minute cancellations.
