Join as Phyllis Speer guides us through the world of Dutch Oven cooking! You will learn tips and tricks, what you need to succeed, and maybe a favorite thing or two that she loves to cook! It will be a great event that you won't want to miss!
Phyllis is well known for co-producing and appearing on AETN’s “Arkansas Outdoors” program for 20 years, and was the cook on “Cooking on the Wild Side.” She was inducted into the Arkansas Outdoor Hall of Fame in 2007. Phyllis grew up hunting and fishing in Arkansas, and still loves to hunt, fish, canoe, camp, garden, cook, knit, read and play with her grandsons.
